In the more than 15 years we have been helping companies learn, grow, change,
and prosper we have developed thousands of individuals at every level.
Through our Leadership Coaching we help senior managers become stronger
and more effective leaders and through our Training Design and Delivery
we help members throughout the organization learn new ways to do things
including how to drive change and how to be high performers. Because so
much of an organization's performance depends on teamwork, we execute Team
Development for new and existing teams. A critical tool in people
development is our 360 degree feedback survey process.
- Training Design and Delivery
- Frequently, consultants create dependency in their clients whether they
mean to or not. At True North we are proud that our focus has always
been on creating capability in our clients so they continue their improvements
after we're gone. We do this by designing and delivering training
solutions that transfer our capability to you. We have developed many
action learning training solutions and taught a variety of topics including
change management and change agent certification, facilitation, coaching,
conflict resolution, using key metrics such as the balanced scorecard, and
high-performance teaming.

- In organizations everywhere, work is done in teams. The art of
bringing people together and helping them achieve superior results has been a
key element of our work for years. We work with existing teams to take
them to new levels of performance through clear articulation of goals,
facilitating ownership of roles and responsibilities, designing of obtaining
public agreement on processes, and resolution of relationship issues. We
also help new teams get off to a running start through team chartering.
In both cases we help teams see their role and relationship to the larger
organization and help them understand how to influence others to achieve
greater results.

- Leadership Coaching
- Developing and growing leaders is most effectively done one-on-one.
We have counseled and coached leaders at every level of the organization, most
often as part of a change effort. Leaders need unbiased information and
objective input, which we are experts at providing. When a leader moves
into a new role, she or he has an opportunity to make a difference quickly.
Our Fast Start Process is designed to
leverage that "honeymoon" period, accelerating the integration of the leader
into the organization and achieving rapid results on the leader's agenda.
