We have helped many clients lead large and small change efforts that brought about their desired results of positive high impact.  Our methods include gaining a deep understanding through our Organizational X-Ray, meticulous planning as we develop the Change Roadmap, and creation of dramatic and sustainable results through hands-on Change Management.  Frequently the Change Leadership process is supported by strategic People Development.

Organizational X-Ray
No significant change effort will be successful without first gaining a deep understanding of all the issues that created and support the status quo.  We use several tools and techniques to look under the surface of the organization.  Using surveys, interviews, analysis of past communication documents, focus groups, and facilitated discussions we uncover the values, cultural norms, attitudes, and beliefs of all relevant stakeholders.  Foremost among our discoveries, we gain an understanding of the resistance to proposed changes.  The X-Ray ensures that we are aware of every critical issue that will support and hinder the change being made.
 
Change Roadmap
Working in close partnership we outline every critical aspect of the change.  We create a Change Roadmap that anticipates and accounts for all likely scenarios.  The roles and responsibilities of all key players are detailed and the timing of all change-supportive events is charted.  The Roadmap is developed with input from many people so that buy-in to it is maximized.  The Roadmap is packaged so that everyone involved in the change can understand it and can see the influence they had on it.
 
Change Management
The actual implementation draws on the knowledge gained through the X-Ray and is executed according to the Change Roadmap.  Flexibility and savvy responsiveness ensure effective implementation.  We work closely with leaders to manage every aspect of the change.  We collect real-time intelligence and use it to make adjustments to the roll out every day.  Our project management skills and our understanding of how people respond to change events enable us to guide and coach leaders while they own the implementation.
