To support our consulting services, True North has developed several "products," documented procedures that work every time with minimal to moderate customization.  These products allow us to address some of the most common needs our clients experience while keeping costs down since development requirements are low.

Surveys

At True North we frequently design, develop, conduct, analyze, and report the results of surveys.  We use them in preparing to help our clients and we use them to gather data that enables our clients to address issues themselves.  Our survey capability is unlimited in size and scope.  Our surveys are executed so our clients can complete them online, via email, or using hard copies of the survey or any combination of methods.  Examples of surveys we have conducted include 360 degree feedback, employee opinion, customer satisfaction, customer feature / need input, and event / course evaluation.  For a sample survey, click here.
