The True North Story

True North Consulting was established to help clients drive purposeful organization change and develop winning leaders.  True North's principal is Matt Stevens, a senior-level consultant with over 15 years experience working with the leaders of top companies in both product and service based industries.

True North is part of a larger network of consultants called the Flow Consulting Network.  This network allows us to address the strategic, operational, and cultural needs of clients in all functions of many industries.  Within the Flow Network we have access to experienced consultants with recognized expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Quality, Strategy Development, and all aspects of Business Process Improvement.  Add to that our expertise and experience in Change Leadership and Skill Development and you have the means to drive successful business transformation.

Our consulting methods have been developed through extensive hands-on work in which we have achieved significant short and long term results.  All of our work is done collaboratively so that we leave behind real capability rather than creating long-term dependence.
